Welcome to Kalpana AC Service. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

• We provide AC repair, installation, uninstallation, maintenance, AMC, and gas refilling services in Dwarka, Delhi.

• Services are offered for residential and commercial clients.

• Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Service bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.

• Appointments are confirmed based on availability and customer preference.

• Customers must provide accurate details (address, contact number, AC type, etc.) at the time of booking.

3. Payments

• Service charges will be informed in advance or after inspection, depending on the issue.

• Payments must be made in full after service completion.

• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers (where available).

4. Warranty & Guarantee

• Warranty on repairs or parts replacement (if any) will be mentioned at the time of service.

• Warranty does not cover issues arising from mishandling, improper use, power fluctuations, or third-party repairs.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking by giving prior notice.

• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to inspection/visit charges.

6. Liability

• While our technicians take utmost care during service, Kalpana AC Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues caused by third-party interference.

• We are not liable for indirect losses such as electricity fluctuations, product warranty from the manufacturer, or external damages.

7. Emergency Services

• Emergency AC repair services are subject to technician availability. Additional charges may apply for urgent requests outside regular service hours.

8. Changes to Terms

• Kalpana AC Service reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
