We reserve the right to accept or decline any request based on service area, technician availability, or unforeseen circumstances. The customer is responsible for providing accurate details while booking a service, including the correct address, contact information, and service requirements. Any delays or rescheduling caused by incorrect information may result in additional charges. Prices quoted are based on service type and may vary depending on AC model, parts required, or on-site findings. We aim to maintain transparency in pricing and ensure clear communication prior to performing any billable work.
Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service, either via cash, UPI, or any other agreed method. For AMC plans, full payment is required in advance to activate the service coverage. Kalpana Service is not responsible for any damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or poor maintenance by third parties. Our technicians are trained professionals, but customers are advised to supervise and report any concerns immediately during the service visit. Warranty for repairs or installations may vary and is limited to the specific work done; it does not cover unrelated breakdowns or parts not replaced by us. Any misuse or negligence following service voids any warranty provided. Customers must notify us within 24 hours for any post-service issues for quick resolution. Kalpana Service reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the new terms. For any disputes, our decision will be final and binding, and we encourage resolution through mutual communication.
